Ed Totem, born J. Edson Echegaray Bengoa on September 14 th - 1975, is a Peruvian Industrial Engineer,
Multi-Instrumentalist, Singer, Songwriter, Tattooer and drawing artist based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Arts exploration, graphic, sounds, rhythms, musical instruments, techniques, as well as a wide range of
different influences, cultures, languages and vibes, have been a constant in Ed’s self-taught creativity
process, reflected in this album as well as in Ed’s other art expressions.
“Always following the Sun…”, Sundriven is Ed’s first studio album, delivering a mixed selection of 8
songs with very diverse sounds and styles, performed entirely by Ed in instruments and voices.
